How It Works
Mentorship begins immediately after training completion with monthly farm visits during the first six months. Mentors assess crop health, review financial records, and address challenges. As farmers gain confidence, visits transition to quarterly check-ins with ongoing remote support via phone and messaging. The program includes quarterly regional gatherings for peer exchange and continued learning.
